Awakening your inner man and inner woman

Each of us holds both masculine and feminine energies within. By acknowledging and actually living with both energies—not just one—you will feel more complete and awaken your true creativity.

In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between these two energies through meditation and painting.

Making Your Subconscious Visible Through Painting The painting practice in this workshop, which incorporates philosophy and therapy, works deeply on the subconscious that you're normally unaware of.

Your painting reflects your deep psychology, emotions, thought patterns, unconscious conditioning, and your true desires and authentic self. Your own truth, which cannot be explained in words, emerges there.

The Balance of Inner Energies Reflects in the Outer World The relationship between these two energies is reflected in your daily life—in your relationships, career choices, relationship with money, where you live, and more. Instead of trying to solve external problems, by observing your inner energies, you can find essential answers.

Recommended for those who:

  • Have conflicts or tensions in parent-child, spousal, or sibling relationships

  • Want to break free from repeating similar romantic patterns

  • Tend to prioritize others too much or fall into caretaker roles

  • Struggle with relationships with friends or colleagues at work

  • Sometimes feel lethargic and unable to do anything

  • Always struggle with money

  • Want to find what you truly want to do

  • Are considering changing jobs or moving but can't make a decision

  • Have confusion or inner conflict that you can't sort out on your own
